INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH NETWORK ON HEALTH DETERMINANTS IN THE CONTEXT OF CLIMATE CHANGE (ReSanClim).
The project was selected for funding in the joint project competition “Appel AUF-ECO 2023 – Soutien aux equipes de recherches SER-ECO”, organized by the Francophone University Agency in Central and Eastern Europe.
On September 22, 2023, at the “Nicolae Testemițanu” State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the launch event of the international project “Réseau de recherche international sur les determinants de la santé dans le contexte du changement climatique – ReSanClim” was held. The event is organized by the Hygiene Discipline within the Preventive Medicine Department, as coordinator, in partnership with Tbilisi State University “Ivane Javakhishvili”, Georgia; State Medical University of Bukovina, Ukraine, Biosafety and Biosecurity Association of the Republic of Moldova. The main objective of the project is to investigate the chemical composition and concentration of mineral salts in drinking water under climate change conditions. The impact of drinking water with increased levels of mineral salts and chemical compounds on human health will be highlighted.
