Their core activities focus on monitoring financial flows and ensuring fiscal compliance in order to support the sustainability of the association’s projects and activities.
Strategic planning of funding sources and related expenditures. This stage ensures the economic foundation necessary for carrying out statutory activities and achieving the organization’s objectives.
The collection and recording of financial information resulting from real economic transactions within the accounting system. The process includes the identification, evaluation, and registration of key accounting elements such as assets, liabilities, funds, revenues, expenses, and final financial results.
Supervision of the availability and use of material resources through detailed analysis of asset inflows and outflows. Particular attention is given to resource traceability and to verifying the final destination of each utilized resource.
